Wood Brothers Excavating is a family owned and operated company located in Cotton, MN. Our goal is to provide the area with quality excavation services for any size project. We strive to give our customers the best finished product that will last for decades. We will do the job right the first time with quality materials and expert installation.

Who We Are
Dan and Matt Wood are the owner-operators of Wood Brothers Excavating. We got our start in heavy equipment in our family's logging company before starting our own company in 2018 after noticing a lack of septic system installers in the area. From there we worked under a mentor to learn the techniques and practices used to install all types of septic systems from mounds, to at-grade systems and holding tanks. Over the years we have also done hundreds of other projects like driveway repairs and installation, yard grading, building demolitions, building site prep and much more.
